Hello! I found the Norse Atlantic Airlines JFK Terminal surprisingly easy to navigate. My bags were handled efficiently by the friendly check-in staff. Their efficient counters and friendly staff allowed the lines to get through rapidly despite a full flight. Airport staff aggressively helped passengers get through the terminal, and signs were crystal clear. The eating section was surprisingly nice, and the self-service kiosks were convenient for all those who were in a hurry. As one waits to be boarded, there were some decent food choices at the nearby eateries and clean toilets. The relaxed ambiance of the boarding area was remarkable; nothing felt chaotic. Prior to a long-haul flight, Norse Atlantic really knows how to produce a peaceful ambiance. Out of JFK, I would gladly pick them once more.
