Sun Country Airlines allows you to cancel your ticket under its Sun Country Airlines Ticket Cancellation Policy within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund, as long as the flight is scheduled to depart at least 7 days later. After the 24-hour window, Sun Country Airlines cancellation fees apply depending on how early you cancel—there is no cancellation fee if canceled more than 60 days before departure, a $39 cancellation fee for cancellations made 14 to 59 days before the flight, and a $79 cancellation fee for cancellations made within 13 days of departure. If you purchased a refundable ticket, you can cancel at any time before the flight and receive a full refund. For non-refundable Sun Country Airlines tickets, you may be eligible for a Sun Country Airlines travel credit instead of a refund. The airline also offers a Sun Country Airlines Change Fee Waiver, which lets you make one change or convert your booking into a travel credit without paying an additional fee. You can cancel your flight online through the Sun Country Airlines website, via the mobile app, or by calling Sun Country Airlines customer service. It’s important to cancel before your departure time, as the Sun Country Airlines no-show policy typically results in forfeiting the full value of the ticket if you don’t cancel in advance.
