One of the customer service representatives, whose name she fondly remembers as Sarah, went above and beyond to understand her situation. Sarah not only provided detailed information about flight availability but also ensured that my aunty got the most convenient route at the best possible fare. The patience and empathy shown throughout the interaction made a lasting impression.
Moreover, the staff ensured that all travel-related documents were checked thoroughly and helped her navigate visa-related queries without any confusion. My aunty especially appreciated the clear communication and the time taken to make sure she was fully informed and confident about her travel plans.

What truly stood out was the personal touch – my aunty wasn’t treated like just another customer; she felt genuinely cared for. The team’s professionalism, efficiency, and kindness are a true reflection of the world-class standards Emirates is known for.
