8:48 PM 		I want to use this chance to sincerely thank the Etihad Airways Zagreb Office for their excellent service. I recently had the pleasure of working with the experts there to arrange our trip with my family, and the whole experience was outstanding.

The personnel in the Zagreb Office showed exceptional professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness from the first time we got in touch with them. They patiently heard our travel requirements and made customized recommendations that really improved our trip. Since we were traveling with kids and elderly relatives, their sincere concern for our comfort and convenience was what most impressed us.

The service gave us clear answers to all of our queries, made the booking process easy for us, and offered useful guidance on everything from connecting flights to luggage regulations. They were well informed on Etihad's services and ensured that all the details were addressed, so we had no questions.

Due to a family situation, we had to make last-minute changes to our itinerary, and the staff went above and above to quickly and empathetically accommodate our request. Their proactive approach to communication and problem-solving genuinely eased our stress and gave us a sense of support.

We had a smooth and enjoyable journey with Etihad Airways from beginning to end, thanks to the Zagreb Office staff.
Their commitment and warmth are a reflection of the airline's high standards, and they left a good impression on our whole family.
