Si estás leyendo esto, es casi seguro que la frase “trabajo en argentina” te representa al 100%. Porque para muchos estudiantes argentinos no existe otra opción: estudiar y, al mismo tiempo, rebuscársela para cubrir transporte, fotocopias, libros, o simplemente para darle un respiro al bolsillo.
La dura realidad es que esta necesidad termina arrastrándote al terreno del trabajo en negro: empleos precarios, mal pagos y muchas veces con jornadas que no entienden nada de parciales, entregas finales o clases en turno noche.
Pero, ¿y si te dijera que hay otra alternativa? ¿Y si hubiera un camino para acceder a empleos legítimos, bien pagos y adaptados al ritmo de la facultad? Por suerte, existe, y acá te cuento cómo construirlo.
¿Por qué tantos estudiantes quedan atrapados en el trabajo en negro?
No es ninguna novedad que la economía en Argentina no se la pone fácil a nadie, menos a los estudiantes. Con una inflación que devora cualquier sueldo y una gran cantidad de familias con ingresos básicos, trabajar para subsistir es casi una regla para casi la mitad de la población universitaria pública.

Otra a las 16.
Prácticos a las 22 hs.
Así es casi imposible mantener un turno laboral fijo en blanco. Por eso muchos caen en empleos informales, donde la paga es baja, los derechos laborales son inexistentes y la saturación física y mental aumenta día tras día.
El camino para acceder a empleos legítimos y flexibles
La clave para cambiar esta realidad está en darle importancia a dos conceptos básicos: flexibilidad y transparencia laboral.
Priorizá la flexibilidad horaria y el trabajo remoto
Tu tiempo vale oro, y más si sos estudiante. Por eso:
Explorá el freelance y el trabajo por proyecto: Redacción de contenidos, diseño gráfico, tutorías online, edición de vídeos, transcripción de audios… todas son actividades que podés organizar según tu agenda.
¿Dónde buscarlas? Workana, Fiverr, Upwork o SoyFreelancer son un gran punto de partida para empezar.
Postulate para roles part?time adaptables: Muchas startups y empresas de servicios entienden la realidad de un estudiante y ofrecen turnos reducidos o adaptables para acompañarte en tu cursada.
