The staff were incredibly helpful and took the time to walk me through the updated baggage rules for both cabin and checked luggage. They even gave me advice on how to optimize my packing to avoid excess charges. Since I was already there, I also booked my return flight, which turned out to be cheaper than what I saw online. The office team applied a promotional fare I wasn’t aware of, saving me money. Everything was explained clearly, and they printed my updated itinerary on the spot. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. Having this office in NYC is a major plus—it’s great to deal with real people who understand the nuances of international travel.
