They checked all possible flight options and helped me select the most suitable route with minimal layovers. The ticketing process was fast, and they walked me through important travel guidelines. What touched me the most was their understanding and empathy—they ensured I had everything I needed and even suggested add-on services for comfort. The office was not crowded, and their queue system was efficient, so I didn’t have to wait long. It’s evident that Qatar Airways trains its staff well, as everyone seemed both knowledgeable and approachable. I was also provided with printed and digital versions of my itinerary and boarding details, which made the experience smooth.
