Lua chon vi tri phu hop: Tim kiem vi tri sut bong thuan loi, tranh nhung chuong ngai vat co the anh huong den cu sut.
III. Ky thuat sut bong bang mu: Buoc co ban den nang cao
1. Tu the chuan bi:
Dung doi dien voi bong, chan khong sut dat song song voi bong, cach bong khoang mot buoc chan.
Chan sut dat hoi chech, tao thanh goc 45 do so voi bong.
Trong tam don vao chan tru, dau goi hoi khuyu.
Than nguoi hoi nghieng ve phia truoc, tao the chuan bi cho cu danh manh.
2. Tiep xuc bong:
Su dung phan mu ban chan (phan thit o giua mu ban chan) de tiep xuc voi bong.
Danh trung tam bong de tao ra duong bong di thang va chinh xac.
Giu cho mat luon nhin vao muc tieu.
3. Dong tac sut:
Chuyen trong tam tu chan tru sang chan sut.
Giu cho chan sut thang, tao luc manh khi tiep xuc voi bong.
Quet chan qua bong theo huong cua muc tieu, khong chi dung luc tu dui ma ca luc xoay than giup tao luc xoay cho bong.
Sau khi sut, giu thang bang va theo doi duong bong.
4. Luyen tap nang cao:
Tap sut bong voi toc do khac nhau: tu cham den nhanh, giup lam quen voi viec dieu chinh luc sut.
Tap sut bong o cac goc do khac nhau: sut thang, sut cheo, sut tu xa, giup ban linh hoat trong nhieu tinh huong tren san.
Tap sut bong voi muc tieu cu the: vi du, sut vao goc cao, goc thap, nham nang cao do chinh xac.
Thuc hien cac bai tap phoi hop: sut bong sau khi re bong, sut bong sau khi nhan chuyen, de cai thien ky nang tong the.
IV. Nhung loi thuong gap va cach khac phuc:
Sut bong khong chinh xac: Nguyen nhan co the do khong danh trung tam bong, tu the khong chuan, hoac khong du luc. Hay tap trung vao viec tiep xuc bong va giu dung tu the.
Sut bong yeu: Nguyen nhan co the do khong dung du luc, khong chuyen trong tam dung cach, hoac khong phoi hop tot giua chan va than. Hay tap trung vao viec chuyen trong tam va su dung luc toan than.
Bong bay khong theo y muon: Nguyen nhan co the do huong chan sut khong dung, khong co luc xoay, hoac khong nhin muc tieu. Hay tap trung vao viec huong chan va tao luc xoay cho bong.
* Bong bi bat ra ngoai: Nguyen nhan co the do tiep xuc bong khong dung diem, khong du luc hoac tu the khong on dinh.
V. Ket luan:
Sut bong bang mu la mot ky thuat doi hoi su kien tri va luyen tap.
