6:27 PM 		Il mantra è una formula sonora sacra, spesso composta da parole, sillabe o frasi in sanscrito, utilizzata nella meditazione e nella pratica spirituale per calmare la mente, elevare la coscienza e favorire la connessione interiore. Ma cos’è il mantra esattamente? Non si tratta solo di un suono ripetitivo, ma di una vibrazione carica di significato simbolico ed energetico, capace di influenzare positivamente la mente e il corpo. I mantra vengono trasmessi da tradizioni millenarie come l’induismo e il buddismo, ma trovano spazio anche in percorsi di crescita personale moderni. La ripetizione costante di un mantra, detta japa, agisce come un ancoraggio che allontana i pensieri distrattivi, favorendo uno stato di consapevolezza profonda. Ogni mantra ha una sua frequenza e un suo scopo: alcuni sono utilizzati per la guarigione, altri per la protezione, la pace interiore o l’illuminazione spirituale. Comprendere cos’è il mantra significa quindi avvicinarsi a un linguaggio universale dell’anima, in cui il suono diventa strumento di trasformazione interiore.
