5:19 AM 		Vidalista, which contains Tadalafil, is highly effective for treating erectile dysfunction. However, it is not suitable for everyone, and certain individuals should avoid taking it unless specifically approved by a doctor.

You should not take Vidalista 40 mg if you:

Are already using nitrate medications (such as nitroglycerin for chest pain), as combining them with Tadalafil can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.

Have a history of serious heart conditions, such as a recent heart attack, stroke, uncontrolled arrhythmia, or severe heart failure.

Suffer from low blood pressure (hypotension) or uncontrolled high blood pressure.

Have severe liver or kidney disease, unless your doctor has adjusted the dose appropriately.

Experience rare eye conditions like retinitis pigmentosa or have had vision loss linked to PDE5 inhibitors.

Are allergic to Tadalafil or any of the ingredients in Vidalista.

Have a history of priapism (painful erections lasting more than 4 hours).

Before starting Vidalista, always share your medical history and current medications with your healthcare provider. This ensures the drug is safe for you and helps prevent harmful interactions or complications.
