Il termine Om significato affonda le sue radici nella tradizione spirituale indiana e rappresenta uno dei suoni più sacri e universali dello yoga e della meditazione. Considerato il mantra primordiale, Om è visto come la vibrazione originaria da cui ha avuto inizio l’universo, un suono che racchiude in sé l’essenza di tutta l’esistenza. Quando si riflette sul concetto di Om significato, si scopre che le sue tre lettere — A, U e M — non sono semplicemente sillabe, ma simboleggiano gli stati fondamentali della coscienza: veglia, sogno e sonno profondo, ai quali si aggiunge il silenzio che segue la pronuncia, inteso come il quarto stato, quello dell’assoluta consapevolezza e dell’unione con il divino. Dal punto di vista filosofico, Om rappresenta la connessione tra microcosmo e macrocosmo, tra l’individuo e l’intero universo, diventando così un ponte tra la dimensione materiale e quella spirituale. Recitare Om non è solo un atto rituale, ma una pratica capace di armonizzare corpo e mente, calmare i pensieri e aprire il cuore a una percezione più profonda della realtà. Per questo, nelle pratiche meditative, i maestri sottolineano che comprendere il vero Om significato va oltre la semplice ripetizione del suono, perché implica sperimentare dentro di sé la vibrazione che connette a una dimensione universale, eterna e infinita.
