If you have been no-lifing ARC Raiders lately, you already know the pain of watching loot rot on the floor because your carry weight is capped and your pack is overflowing with junk instead of premium drops from ARC Raiders Items. The pink Looting Mk.3 (Survivor) augment blueprint is what flips that problem on its head, turning you from a broke scav into the one squadmate everyone begs to bring on runs, but chasing it in the wrong spot just wastes time and gear.
Why Blue Gate Is A Trap A lot of players still sprint straight to the breach room under the Blue Gate security zone, and yeah, the blueprint can drop there, but the place is basically a PvP choke point. You push in, and half the lobby is already camping angles, pre-aiming the door, waiting for someone greedy enough to roll up. Even if you win a fight or two, you burn meds, plates and ammo, and you often die before you even see the chest. The risk is stacked way higher than the reward, especially when you can get the same loot from calmer areas where people are not frothing for fights every second.
Shifting The Hunt To Stella Montis The smarter move right now is to rotate over to the Stella Montis Archives key room instead. You do need the right key, so you will have to invest a bit of time getting that sorted, but once you have it, the value per run jumps up fast. When you hit the Cultural Archives, watch for that weird museum vibe: big skeletal structures hanging from the ceiling, like a mix of dinosaur bones and alien remains, plus racks of industrial junk and clinical-looking clutter stacked around. That is how you know you are close to the right room, and usually it is shockingly quiet, no third-party squads constantly trying to grief you.
How To Loot The Key Room Properly When you finally unlock the Archives key room, do not just crack the main chest, grab the first purple you see and sprint out. Players who treat it like a one-and-done chest are leaving a ton of value on the table. Go around the room slowly, hit every single drawer, cabinet and breachable container along the walls. The loot density in that small space is high, so even if RNG bricks your run and the Looting Mk.3 blueprint does not show up, you still walk out with enough tradeables and parts to make the trip worth it. Once you do get the blueprint, remember you will need Gear Bench III back at base and a stash of 4 Advanced Electrical Components plus 25 Processors ready, otherwise you end up staring at the crafting menu wishing you had pre-farmed the mats.
Staying Quiet And Getting Out Alive The one thing that can still ruin a good Archives run is noise. The area crawls with Shredders, and if you just mag-dump everything you see, the bots start screaming and suddenly every curious squad in the zone knows you are there. Try to pick them off cleanly, use quieter guns or short bursts so you do not broadcast your position across the map. Once you are loaded down with gear and especially if the Looting Mk.3 finally drops, hit the Seed Vault extract and cash out rather than getting greedy for one more fight or detour; you can reset with the Raider Hatch when you are not carrying a jackpot blueprint and a backpack full of stuff you could have grabbed quicker if you had chosen to buy ARC Raiders gear.If you're grinding ARC Raiders and sick of empty runs, you'll wanna know this: smart raiders aren't camping sweaty Blue Gate PvP rooms, they're quietly farming Stella Montis Archives for pink Mk.3 augment blueprints and crazy value. Hit the Cultural Archives, clear the Shredders fast and quiet, then rip open every drawer and breachable container in that key room; the Looting Mk.3 (Survivor) "pack mule" augment can flip your whole economy with that huge carry weight.
