10:47 PM 		I’ve visible a number of human beings asking how to deactivate Instagram account, so I notion I’d percentage what I discovered after I wished a smash myself. Sometimes Instagram can get overpowering, and stepping away for a while absolutely enables clean your thoughts.

First thing to know: you can’t deactivate your account from the Instagram app. TThis confused me at the start. You need to open Instagram in a web browser for your cellphone or computer.
