7:36 PM 		Hi all. Suppose more than one country asserts jurisdiction over the same set of alleged financial activities. I conducted international transactions years ago, and now there are reports that two different governments are reviewing aspects of those dealings. If both were to submit requests, how would U.S. authorities determine which claim takes priority? I am particularly interested in how competing extradition demands are evaluated and whether the court or another branch of government makes the final decision in such scenarios.
