Minor damages during delivery, what am I missing?

5:59 AM 		Lately I’ve been noticing that even when everything looks fine before dispatch, a few items still arrive with small scratches or dents, and it’s starting to bother me more than it should. It’s not a huge loss, but it does affect customer trust, which is harder to fix. I started searching around for tips for keeping products safe during transport and realized that maybe we’ve been a bit too relaxed with how we pack and secure things. I always thought basic wrapping was enough, but now I’m thinking the issue might be how items shift during the ride. It’s one of those things where you don’t notice the problem until it keeps repeating. Would really like to know what small changes actually make a difference in situations like this.
