Indian Premier League 2026 ka ye match Hyderabad me khela gaya, aur honestly bolun to kaafi tight game tha. End tak suspense bana raha. Lucknow Super Giants ne finally 5 wickets se jeet nikaali, lekin Sunrisers Hyderabad ne bhi last tak fight chhodi nahi.
Match Summary – Ek Nazar Me
SRH ne pehle batting ki aur 156/9 ka score banaya. Start itna kharab tha ki lag raha tha 120 bhi mushkil hoga. Top order bilkul collapse ho gaya, early wickets gir gaye aur pressure clearly dikh raha tha.
Phir middle overs me game thoda reverse hua. Heinrich Klaasen aur Nitish Kumar Reddy ne innings ko sambhala. Partnership slow start hui thi, lekin dheere dheere momentum aaya. Shots aane lage, confidence dikha… aur ek time pe laga ki 170-180 tak pahuch sakte hain.

Target 157 ka tha, aur paper par easy lagta hai. But pitch thodi tricky thi. Initially grip kar rahi thi, baad me better ho gayi.
Aiden Markram ne solid start diya. Unhone aggressive intent dikhaya aur powerplay me runs nikaale. Mitchell Marsh bhi saath the, lekin zyada der tik nahi paaye.
Phir entry hui Rishabh Pant ki… aur honestly ye innings thodi ajeeb thi. Start slow, timing off, kuch shots miss bhi hue. Par wahi cheez jo Pant ko dangerous banati hai – wo end tak tik gaya.
Aur match wahi jeeta gaya.
Rishabh Pant – Slow But Match-Winning Knock
Pant ne 56 runs banaye, lekin strike rate usual se kam tha. Ye unka slow fifty tha, lekin situation ke hisaab se perfect tha. Jab doosre end se wickets gir rahe the, Pant ne panic nahi kiya.
Singles liye, gaps dhunde, aur jab zarurat padi tab boundaries nikali. Last over me jab 9 runs chahiye the, tab unhone back-to-back boundaries maar ke pressure khatam kar diya.

Unhone new ball se hi damage kar diya. SRH ke top order ko dismantle kar diya. Especially slower balls ka use smart tha. Pitch ko samjha, conditions ko read kiya aur execution top class tha.
Unki bowling ne hi foundation set ki LSG ke liye. Agar wo early breakthroughs nahi dete, to match ka scenario alag ho sakta tha.
SRH Ki Problem – Same Old Story
SRH ke liye sabse bada issue wahi raha – top order failure. Jab aap 26/4 ho jaate ho, to comeback tough ho jata hai.
Middle order ne rescue kiya, agreed. Par har match me ye risk nahi le sakte.
Bowling ne acha fight diya, last over tak game le gaye. Harshal Patel aur Harsh Dubey ne pressure create kiya. Lekin ek-do over me boundaries zyada aa gayi, aur wahi match ka turning point ban gaya.
Turning Point – 17th Over
Game ka asli twist 17th over me aaya. Yahan boundaries padhi, momentum shift hua. SRH wapas aa raha tha match me, par us over ne LSG ko edge de diya.
Uske baad Pant ne game calmly finish kiya.
Final Thoughts
Ye match ek perfect example tha ki T20 sirf big shots ka game nahi hai. Smart batting, patience aur situation awareness bhi utni hi important hai.
LSG ko is win se confidence milega, especially after previous loss. Aur SRH ko apne top order pe kaam karna padega, warna aage problem ho sakti hai.
Overall, ek entertaining match tha. Last over finish, pressure moments, aur thoda drama bhi… IPL ka asli maza wahi hai.
