The Sao Tome citizenship program is being positioned as a fast-track, low-cost solution for those who want a second passport without committing to higher budgets typically required in other regions.

At the same time, since Sao Tome citizenship is still relatively new, there are questions around long-term value, global mobility, and overall reliability.
