My family is planning an interstate renovation project, which is going to require moving all our belongings into storage temporarily, and then eventually across several states. I've started looking into moving companies, but the sheer number of options and pricing structures for cross-country moves is overwhelming. It's hard to tell which quotes are truly comprehensive and which might have hidden fees. Has anyone found a really effective method for comparing different moving companies, especially for a long-distance haul? I'm hoping to get the best value without sacrificing reliability.
