Open Chrome or Safari on your phone, go to compassmobile.dollartree.com, and log in with your WFM Employee ID and password. Bookmark it so you're not typing the URL every time. There is no downloadable app — any app claiming to be the Compass Mobile portal in the App Store or Google Play is unofficial and should not be used.
If you can't log in, your WFM Employee ID is the username — not your email address. For credential issues, use the Reset Password link on the login page or contact your store manager. IT helpdesk is available at 1-800-876-8077.
