Comparing Ladder Options Before Our Renovation

3:24 PM 		We're in the middle of a full backyard renovation and the pool area is getting a total refresh — new decking, new lighting, the works. Ladder replacement is on the list too since the old one clashes with basically everything we're going for design-wise, plus it's honestly seen better days after years of sun exposure.

Been spending way too many evenings scrolling through schwimmbadleitern online bestellen results trying to find something that actually fits the aesthetic we're going for instead of just the standard chrome look every pool seems to have. Didn't realize how many finish and color options existed until I actually started comparing listings side by side — some even come in tones that match composite decking, which is exactly what we needed.

Things I've been factoring into the decision so far:

Finish/color matching with our new decking material

Step depth and grip texture, since we want it functional not just good-looking

Whether it's easily removable for winter storage or permanent installation

Reviews mentioning how it holds color/finish after a full season of sun and chlorine exposure

Still going back and forth between two options — one's a bit pricier but has noticeably better reviews on long-term durability, the other is more budget-friendly but a newer brand with fewer reviews to go off of. Leaning toward the pricier one just because I don't want to be redoing this again in two years.

Anyone gone through a similar "matching the ladder to the whole design" process? Curious if it ended up being worth the extra research time or if I'm overthinking this a bit lol.
