Hi everyone,
I’m interested in learning more about yoga certification in Europe and wanted to start a discussion for people who are considering becoming certified yoga teachers or developing their existing yoga knowledge. There are many different training options available, including 100-hour, 200-hour, and 500-hour programmes, as well as specialised courses in areas such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, meditation, prenatal yoga, and yoga therapy. With so many choices, it can be difficult to decide which certification is appropriate for your experience and career goals.
When choosing a yoga certification programme, I think it is important to consider the curriculum, training hours, teaching methodology, instructors, practical teaching experience, course format, and certification requirements. Location and whether the programme is online, in-person, or blended can also make a difference.
